AI Output and Automation Disclaimer
How ADE handles AI-generated outputs, where human review is required, and shared responsibility.
ADE AI Output and Automation Disclaimer
ADE combines software, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to support business operations. We aim to configure the Service to reflect customer instructions, customer knowledge, and operational guardrails.
However, AI systems and automation workflows involve probabilistic processing, external dependencies, and context-sensitive behavior. Output review, verification, escalation, and approval controls may reduce risk, but outputs and actions may still not always be complete, accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every decision.
This Disclaimer is incorporated into the ADE Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of your agreement with Autonomous Digital.
1. AI Outputs May Require Review
Outputs generated by the Service may contain errors, omissions, ambiguity, outdated information, or reasoning that is unsuitable for your specific use case. Outputs may be influenced by prompts, source materials, configurations, integrations, communication channel constraints, model behavior, and incomplete context.
You remain responsible for determining whether and how outputs should be reviewed before use.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness, Suitability, or Reliability
The Service is configurable based on customer instructions, customer knowledge, and operational guardrails. Even so, we do not guarantee that any output, summary, recommendation, classification, generated message, or automated action will be accurate, complete, appropriate, unique, compliant, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular purpose.
You should not rely on the Service for legal, medical, tax, accounting, employment, safety, compliance, financial, or other high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and independent judgment.
3. Customer Instructions and Customer Knowledge Matter
The usefulness of the Service depends significantly on the quality, completeness, structure, permissions, and appropriateness of the data, files, prompts, policies, channels, and instructions that Customer provides or enables.
The Service is designed to operate most effectively when each ADE instance is configured for a clearly defined role or domain of expertise. Customer acknowledges that combining multiple unrelated or non-adjacent domains of knowledge within a single ADE instance may lead to degraded performance, inconsistent outputs, cross-domain responses, or other unsuitable results.
Customer is solely responsible for determining the appropriate structure, scope, and separation of ADE instances, including whether different roles, functions, departments, or specialties should be deployed as separate ADE instances rather than combined within one. If Customer is uncertain how to structure ADE instances for a particular use case, Customer may contact Autonomous Digital at ADE@mydigitalemployee.ai for guidance. Any such guidance is provided for informational purposes only and does not change Customer’s responsibility for its configuration decisions or impose any responsibility on Autonomous Digital for Customer’s chosen setup, use, outputs, or outcomes.
Autonomous Digital is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete customer data, inaccurate source documents, overly broad instructions, missing approvals, unsuitable automations, customer-side integrations, or customer decisions about how the Service is configured or used.
4. Human Oversight for Sensitive Contexts
ADE is intended to support human teams, not to eliminate sound human judgment. You are responsible for deciding where human review, escalation, approval, or supervision is necessary.
Use of the Service in legal, medical, tax, accounting, employment, safety, compliance, financial, or other high-impact contexts should include appropriate human oversight, legal review, policy controls, and operational safeguards. Human review, escalation, approval, and supervision may depend on customer-configured workflow settings, including approval modes, draft-only modes, escalation rules, confidence thresholds, and other guardrails selected by Customer.
5. Automation Risk
If you enable automated internal drafting, routing, outbound messaging, escalations, or actions through integrations or third-party systems, you accept the operational risk that automated actions may occur based on configured rules, available data, system events, model behavior, incomplete context, wrong routing, wrong timing, duplicate sending, or incorrect escalation. You are responsible for determining whether automation is appropriate for a given workflow.
6. Third-Party Models and Tools
The Service may rely on third-party AI systems, infrastructure providers, communication channels, or other external services. Outputs, latency, style, reliability, and availability may change when those providers change their systems, policies, limits, or interfaces.
Autonomous Digital is not responsible for third-party model behavior, channel restrictions, or other third-party service issues beyond Autonomous Digital's reasonable control.
7. No Professional Advice
Unless Autonomous Digital expressly states otherwise in writing and all required legal and regulatory conditions are satisfied, the Service is not intended to be used as a substitute for regulated professional advice without appropriate human review, supervision, and oversight.
8. Shared Responsibility
ADE is designed to support better workflows, but responsibility for its use is shared. Autonomous Digital provides the platform and configurable features. Customer is responsible for use case selection, workflow approval, user training, source quality, legal compliance, and operational decisions.
9. Conflicts
If there is any conflict between this Disclaimer, the ADE Terms and Conditions, any incorporated policy, and a signed order form or addendum that expressly addresses AI output review or automation scope, the signed order form or addendum controls to the extent of the conflict, and the ADE Terms and Conditions control over any other incorporated policy unless that policy expressly states otherwise.
10. Updates
Autonomous Digital may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, AI functionality, automation features, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
